Do you help source for books that are not listed on your website?

Yes, we can help source for books that are not listed on our website. We have experience in recommending and sourcing books for various schools, libraries and organisations, based on their individual learning themes and needs. We are happy to accommodate your requests.

We are purchasing for our school library. Are you able to help label barcodes, due date slips, etc. onto the purchased books?

Yes. Please contact us and provide samples of where the labels / slips should be placed, and provide any templates used. Do note that an additional service fee will be charged for this service.

Do you have a physical store where I can buy directly?

Our bookstore is entirely based online. This also means we have less overhead so as to pass on the savings to you!

How often do you restock your products?

We typically restock every 2 weeks, subject to any unforseen circumstances. e.g. damaged goods, shipment delays.

Why do you prefer PayNow?

We are imposed with addition processing fees when payment is made using credit cards. Using PayNow helps us to defray operating costs. However, there is absolutely no compulsion or obligation to do this at all. Just use whatever is most convienient!

How can I make payment?

We accept

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
  • Local Bank/ATM Transfer
  • Online payment via PayNow / PayLah. Instructions will be provided once order is placed (Preferred!)

Payments are processed securely and your credit card information is never stored.

Do you accept bank transfers or deposits?

Yes. Upon order confirmation, please transfer the full amount and email us your order number.

Where do I enter the discount code?

Please enter your discount code at the checkout page.

Double-check the spelling and validity period (if any), then try again. If it still doesn't work, email us for help.

Can I use more than one discount code in one order?

Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order - this includes our free shipping codes. If you have more than one code, do choose the one with the better deal!

How do I check my order history?

After logging in, click here or the icon to view your account details. 

Do you charge Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

We currently do not charge GST.

How do I make international orders outside of Singapore?

We provide shipping to the countries listed here. If you reside outside of these countries, please first create an account, then contact us and let us know your carted items. We will then quote your shipping fees, and subsequently provide you a customized invoice to make payment.

Can I self-collect my items?

Regretfully, we are unable to provide self-collection options at the moment.

How can I check or track my order?

Sign in to your account, then view your order history. If the shipment is arranged, you will be able to see "Track shipment" - click on it to see more tracking details.

What happens if I am not home for my delivery? (SG orders only)

The courier will attempt delivery for up to 3 times on consecutive working days. In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, the parcel will be returned to the courier company warehouse.
