Pre-orders are for new titles that we have not stocked before.
Back-orders are for titles which have all been snapped up previously!

Q. How long does it take for Pre-orders and Back-orders to arrive?
Pre-orders and back-orders reach you 4-6 weeks after placing of order. We sea-ship in bulk, to pass on the savings to you!
Q. Can we request for books that your store does not carry?
A. Of course! Please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org for any book recommendations/requests and we will work on it together.
Q. I'm staying overseas and it's so hard to get good Chinese books here. How can I get your books shipped here?
A. Please email us with your order and your address, and we will provide you with the estimated shipping cost and taxes (if any).
Q. I'm staying overseas and the international shipping seems pricey! Is there any other way?
A. We'll let you in on a secret.

A. Double-check the spelling and validity period (if any), then try again. If it still doesn't work, email us at email@example.com for help.

A. You can only use one per order - this includes our free shipping codes. If you have more than one code, definitely use the one with the better deal!

Q. How can I get free shipping?
A. I'm glad you asked! Spend S$40 or more after any applicable discounts, and get free local shipping.
Q. Can I self-collect my items?
A. We don't provide self-collection at the moment.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. You will receive the order typically within a week or two, once payment is received. Check out the specific shipping duration in the SHIPPING section below.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you directly.
Q. How can I check or track my order?
A. Tracking is available if you have chosen courier delivery, registered mail or Park N Parcel. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will provide you with the relevant tracking information, if any.
Q. What happens if I am not home for my delivery?
A. If you have requested for SingPost registered mail, the postman will attempt delivery at the door, and then to the mailbox. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee's address. For local item, you can collect the item from the designated post office, or redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. Items which are not collected within 10 days will be returned to the sender.
For courier service, the courier will attempt delivery for up to 3 times on consecutive working days. In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, the parcel will be returned to the courier company warehouse.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Q. How do I amend/cancel my order?
A. We regret that any amendments or cancellations to a submitted order cannot be made. Please verify details carefully before checkout.
Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. All books, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:
- Books received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong books are delivered.
- Book is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery.
All reporting of above situation must be made within 3 calendar days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.
