A. We are a home based business and do not have a physical store. This also means we have less overhead to pass on the savings to you!

Payments are processed securely and your credit card information is never stored.

Q. Where do I enter the discount code?

Q. My discount code doesn't work! Why?
A. Double-check the spelling and validity period (if any), then try again. If it still doesn't work, email us for help.
Q. Can I use more than one discount code in one order?
A. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per order - this includes our free shipping codes. If you have more than one code, definitely choose the one with the better deal!

Q. Do you charge Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
A. We currently do not charge GST.

Q. How do I make international orders outside of Singapore?
A. Our web store currently supports shipping to the countries listed below. If you reside outside of these countries, please first create an account, then contact us and let us know your carted items. We will then quote your shipping fees, and subsequently provide you a customized invoice to make payment.

Q. Can I self-collect my items?
A. We don't provide self-collection at the moment.
Q. How can I check or track my order?
A. Sign in to your account, click on your name at the Menu bar, or click on "View Account" at the Menu drop-down bar. Under Order History, click on the relevant order number. If the shipment is arranged, you will be able to see "Track shipment" - click on it to see more tracking details.
Q. What happens if I am not home for my delivery? (SG orders only)
A. For normal courier service, the courier will attempt delivery for up to 3 times on consecutive working days. In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, the parcel will be returned to the courier company warehouse.
For express courier service, the courier will contact you via your mobile number prior to delivery. If you would like the courier to leave the parcel in a safe spot, do provide your permission and more details directly to the courier.
