Refunds & Exchanges

All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:

  • Products received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong books are delivered.
  • Products are damaged, defective or not in desired condition upon delivery.

To request for replacement, please contact us at info@mystorytreasury.com within 3 calendar days upon receiving of goods.

Please include in your email:

  • A description of the defect
  • Images of the defect
  • Order/Invoice number

If your received products have been verified as damaged or defective, a replacement will be re-shipped to you at no cost.

Depending on where you live and stock availability, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary.
