学画画系列 Learning to Draw (Set of 8)

Process art is amazing for kids to explore various materials, but recently I've found these how-to-draw books helpful for our family!

This set comes recommended by @msclaudias_bento and she has enjoyed using this series with her boys to pick up drawing, and they've used these skills to aid in telling and writing stories!

Drawing is a fun and easy way to train fine motor skills, and encourage little ones to express themselves.

One big draw of this bookset is that the instructions to draw are in Mandarin and come with hanyu pinyin! This is super helpful for parents who are keen to slowly incorporate more Mandarin into daily conversations with our kids but need a little help with the phrases.

This also means that my older kids can read the instructions on their own to complete the drawings, and the text doubles up as meaningful reading practice.
